When you do things from the soul,
you feel a river moving in you.
A joy.

We are dedicated to an integral healing approach attending to the emotional, relational, intellectual, spiritual and physical aspects of life.

It is a privilege for us to help clients work their way through difficult feelings, conflicted relationships, and painful experiences. We are a team of professionals dedicated to fostering a trusting alliance based in empathy and unconditional positive regard for the healing and well-being of our clients. This therapeutic bond combined with formidable training in multiple models of psychotherapy provides effective treatment.

The basis of EFT, Emotionally Focused Therapy is Attachment Theory which states that we all need to feel close, safe, secure and connected to our partner for overall well being – emotionally, physically and spiritually . When that attachment bond is threatened or becomes insecure we can have strong negative reactions and if these reactions persist we create self-defeating negative patterns of interaction that are difficult to break. EFT is a light in the darkness in healing these negative cycles of interaction.

Couples Intensive Workshop

Hold Me Tight ® is an evidence-based, relationship enrichment program developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, the founder of Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.  The program provides an opportunity for partners to understand the new science of adult love. In this two-day intensive, couples will gain increased awareness into their repeated distressing patterns of interaction. Partners will have the opportunity to practice new tools to decrease distress and be able to move toward positive experiences of engagement that strengthen and deepen a secure and lasting relational bond.

Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls;
the most massive characters
are seared with scars.
