I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in Decatur, Georgia. For 20 years I have worked with individuals, couples and families. The essence of my work is to embrace and value the uniqueness of each person as they enter a process of self-discovery and healing.
Working individually I utilize the integration of psychology, spirituality and mindfulness to help clients heal and transcend difficult feelings and painful experiences.
Working with couples I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. EFT enables a couple to heal pain and distress and regain feelings of closeness, safety, connection to one another.
I also provide supervision to mental health professionals.
